Finals are approaching and end of the semester projects are due.  Tomorrow we are presenting the results of our change agent project in HR.  We finished hammering out our paper today.  Sometimes communication can be a challenge but that is part of why the call our groups “learning teams”.  I think much of what we learn isn’t just the nuts and bolts of the class work, but is also how to work together to get work done.  In the end there are things we would do differently but, that is part of the learning process. 

Well this is going to be short so I can get back to my studies, but before I do, I wanted to mention that we had a great speaker in our marketing class today.  Dave Rockwood of Pacific Rim Consulting spoke and it was a very engaging lecture on things to consider when working and doing business overseas.  Take Care and good luck on finals.
